2011 Leadership Development Institute theme:
The National Leadership Development Institute (LDI) theme for 2011 is
"Preparing the Next Generation Leaders of Tomorrow: TODAY!"
All levels of the fraternity, especially the regional institutes, should use this theme in program development, marketing, etc. We look forward to another successful year of developing and enhancing the leadership skills of our high school males. In alignment with General President Mason's platform on "Our Boys, Our Responsibility, Our Future: From the High Chair to Higher Education", we hope through the Regional Leadership Development Institutes to make good leaders.
